Welcome to Environ
Speculative System Design Project
Environ at a Glance
Blockchain for Socio-Economic Impact
We are a group of three MDes Product Design students from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. We are working on a system design project under Praveen Nahar.
We started our project by studying cryptocurrencies and trading and moved to our topic titled “Blockchain for Socio-Economic Impact”. Environ is a blockchain platform developed for providing blockchain-based services for social and environmental impact. This is a speculative service designed as a first pilot project on Environ targeting Indian farmers for benefitting the agricultural sector. The services are aimed at improving the financial inclusion and supply chain of the agricultural sector.
